About Sarah

People often come to me during divorce feeling unsure of themselves - questioning their instincts, their decisions, and even their sense of who they are.

I work with people navigating separation who want to think clearly, trust themselves again, and move forward without unnecessary conflict or noise.

My work is grounded in helping people understand how they actually experience life - how thoughts, feelings, and reactions arise - so they can stop fighting their inner world and start making decisions from a calmer, clearer place.

When you begin to see how your own system works, clarity returns naturally. From there, it becomes far easier to navigate divorce, relate to others with more perspective, and build a life you choose.

I’ve supported people through divorce and major life transitions for over a decade, both one-to-one and through teaching and speaking on emotional wellbeing.

I’ve delivered seminars, spoken at conferences, and trained extensively in understanding how people experience thought, emotion, and decision-making under pressure.

I was quoted as a divorce coach in The Times, and my work centres on offering steady, grounded support during a time that often feels anything but.

I don’t offer quick fixes or take sides. I offer space, perspective, and a way of understanding yourself that makes steadier decisions possible - during divorce and beyond.

Client reflections

“Divorce can be overwhelming, especially with young children. Having Sarah support me through this time has been invaluable. She has a way of helping me settle and become clear on how to move forward in different situations that arise in divorce. I feel she is there to listen with a neutral ear and guide me through this process which so often feels scary and unknown. Sarah’s care and love which brings me so much comfort and hope that I can rebuild and move forward.”

“My experience with Sarah has been life changing to say the least. At the beginning of my divorce, I couldn’t see how life would ever get back to normal. Sarah guided me through my divorce with such understanding and endless patience with all my questions!”

Sarah walked me through the entire process, from our initial separation all the way through. She attended mediation with me, solicitors meetings and I found her presence incredibly comforting and reassuring. Sarah is a great sounding board for me and unlike a lot of other people in my life, I felt she really was able to stay focused on what was best for the kids, which in turn helped me do the same. I will be forever grateful for Sarah’s time, advice and care.
